1898, and the fear rises inside you as you enter Jack the Ripper’s Whitechapel. As you wander the stinking slums the true horror of his terrible crimes is revealed in bloody, graphic detail. And then a scream, the flash of a cloak and an evil smile as you come face to face with Jack the Ripper himself… will you survive? As you delve into the darkest chapters of our grim and bloody past, recreated in all its dreadful detail, remember: everything you experience really happened. A warning - in the Dungeon's dark catacombs it always pays to keep your wits about you... some of the 'exhibits' have an unnerving habit of coming back to life. The London Dungeon is not recommended for those of a nervous disposition or very young children. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
On receipt of your order, we will process the booking and then contact you by email with confirmation vouchers and full details of your package within 2 working days. Bookings processed outside of office hours will be processed on the first working day after the booking has been submitted.
AOL & Hotmail Customers - If you have not received your confirmation email:
Most of the queries we receive about non-arrival of confirmation emails are from AOL and Hotmail addresses. This is because the confirmation email includes an attachment to the voucher which AOL finds unacceptable.
If you have an AOL address, we strongly recommend that you put Discount-London.com and Discount-Paris.com to your white list as an acceptable domain and reservations@discount-london.com to be an authorised email address.
If you have already booked and have not received your confirmation email, please put us on your white list (as outlined above) and then email us to resend the confirmation, or let us have an alternative (non-AOL or Hotmail) address which may be a friend or neighbour's, or let us have a fax number, or a mailing address to send your voucher by post if there is sufficient time.
